On March 25, 2009. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sold the Park City and Heber offices to Summit Sotheby's. Many agents have stayed and others have moved there office to the Salt Lake City locations. This is a prime example of the economy hitting us at home in the Park City market. We will be closing our main st office shortly and Summit Sotheby's will be keeping the same 545 location where the old Marriott office was located.
