Today was yet another epic powder day in Park City. The Canyons had boot deep to waist deep snow. The day started off very cold and with fresh snow hitting the slopes. Several hours later the sun popped out and Monday turned into a blue bird day. Today was a great start to the week. This week is also the Spring Gruv at the Canyons ski resort. On March 25, 2009. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sold the Park City and Heber offices to Summit Sotheby's. Many agents have stayed and others have moved there office to the Salt Lake City locations. This is a prime example of the economy hitting us at home in the Park City market. We will be closing our main st office shortly and Summit Sotheby's will be keeping the same 545 location where the old Marriott office was located.

Another storm hit very powerful this morning. There is about 8 inches from 11am - 6:30pm. More white fluffy snow is on the way tonight. For all of the powder people out there the morning should be really good for the early birds.
