Peoa is a community in southwestern Summit County between Weber Canyon and Rockport State Park. Peoa has basically two roads, one of which is called Wooden Shoe Road and the other is State Road 32. You can still find some large lots and ranch property in Peoa. Some land is located directly at the Weber River and is highly desired.
Browns Canyon is known for its rock quarry. The Canyon is connecting the Jordanelle area with Oakley. Browns Canyon real estate consists of large acreage lots with some cabins. However, in the most recent years some large mountain contemporary homes have been added to the inventory.
