Blackstone Residences Park City

The Residences at Blackstone and The Lofts at Blackstone is a condominium and townhome development situated at the base of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort and the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course.

The Residences at Blackstone include 32 townhomes that are clustered as duplexes and fourplexes. Each residence offers approximately 1,500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three baths, a two-car garage, ski storage area as well as nine foot ceilings, eight foot doors, gourmet kitchens with custom cabinets, granite countertops and Viking appliances, gas fireplaces with stone hearth and mantle and private decks with a hot tub.

The developer of Blackstone Residences broke ground for the first of three condominium buildings called Lofts at Blackstone Residences in spring of 2017. The first building consists of 24 condos. The condominiums will offer 1,159 to 1,500 square feet of single-level living space. Four floor plans are available: Alpine, Belle, Cascade, Fremont. Building 1 is set to be completed in the beginning of 2018. Each residence comes with one or two assigned underground parking spaces. Additional above ground parking will be available but on first come, first served basis.
Building 2 will consist of 36 residences. Only Belle (6) and Alpine (30) floorplans are offered. This is not a condo-hotel and therefore lower HOA and interest rates apply!
