Amenities at Kings Crown will include an owners lounge with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort as well as an on-site concierge, fitness center, separate heated pools for kids and adults, hot tub, sauna, steam room, kids game room and ski room. The HOA will include snow making and grooming for private ski access; basic cable and internet, security and fire monitoring, common area upkeep including snow removal, landscaping, insurance etc.
