Enclave at Sun Canyon

The Enclave at Sun Canyon is a development located in the hills of Sun Peak between Canyons Village and the Utah Olympic Park. The Enclave at Sun Canyon features five luxury mountain-contemporary homes and 22 townhomes.

Single family homes are roughly 5,700 square feet with four and five bedroom floor plans. The townhomes are duplexes/twin-homes sharing one common wall. They offer three, four or five bedrooms with anywhere from 3,100 to 6,500 square feet of living space. Both single-family homes and townhomes are designed at the highest level of environmental awareness and are constructed of stacked stone, rustic timbers as well as a combination of metal and grass roofs.
