The west side of the Jordanelle Reservoir represents the area near Deer Valleys Jordanelle Express Gondola and the future Mayflower Mountain Resort – now named Deer Valley East Village. Ski condos at the base area of the Deer Valley East Village can be found at
Grand Hyatt and
Velvaere. Anticipated, but subject to change, are other hotel properties such as W Hotel or Four Seasons along with several residential condos for sale. On the other side of Highway 40, closer to the reservoir, are developments such as
Fox Bay, Mayflower Lakeside, Village the Shores, and the
Mason/Lodge at Stillwater. The private gated community of Deer Crest is also part of the Jordanelle real estate area. It features some of the most exclusive ski-in ski-out properties in the world. Deer Crest offers some townhomes at
Deer Crest Village and
Deer Pointe.
Most condos around the lake feature exceptional views of the reservoir as well as the stunning Wasatch mountain range. You also have a variety of outdoor activities right at your doorstep. Enjoy boating, golf, hiking, and biking in the summer. In the winter you can easily access the backside of Deer Valley via the Jordanelle Express chair lift. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment can be found in Park City, Heber City, and Kamas. All of them can be reached in about 10 minutes.
