Victory Ranch now Bank-Owned

The private golf community of Victory Ranch between Kamas and Francis handed its ownership over to Wells Fargo Bank on November 19, 2010. Apparently the creators of Victory Ranch were behind on payments for quite some time and instead of being foreclosed on they voluntarily handed the development over to the bank.

Wells Fargo kept the management and owners should not be seeing any changes for now. What brokerage will sell property in the golf community is still to be determined.
