The Residence Club at Victory Ranch offers fractional ownership – perfect for anyone who does not want to commit to full ownership or wants to get a feel for the community first. It is an effortless way to own at Victory Ranch.

The Cabins

Buyers can choose from beautifully appointed three and five-bedroom cabin homes for sale. All cabins are turnkey and ready for you to enjoy. Concierge services are offered to stock the fridge and turn on the lights before your arrival. All cabins include expansive, multi-leveled deck space with a seven-person hot tub, grilling station, dining, and lounging areas, fire table, outdoor heater, and speakers. Each cabin has a two-car garage with owner locker and a six-person Moto EV which allows for easy transportation to all amenities in the summer.

The first five-bedroom Kingfisher Cabin is set for completion in December 2021. Prices start at $625k. The Starling (3+ bedrooms) and Kestrel cabins (3 bedrooms) start at $325k/$445k. The Residence Club has received a lot of attention since it was introduced in 2020. As of 5/2021, more than half of the 128 cabins are either sold or reserved.

Owners at The Residence Club have a guaranteed six weeks of use per year, including three in the winter and three in the summer. Owners may swap, as well as pick up additional (unused) weeks and only pay the weekly cleaning fee.

Buyers are required to purchase the initial $110K Lodging Membership, and the developer is currently offering it at a discounted rate of $88K (5/2021) for Residence Club buyers only.
